Review the terms governing candidate placement submissions, corporate client agreements, and payment schedules.
1. Candidate Placement & Submission Rules
Candidates registering for our talent pool or applying to open positions must guarantee that all submitted credentials, resumes, qualifications, and employment history logs are true and accurate. Submitting falsified information will result in immediate disqualification from all active and future recruitment cycles.
By uploading a resume, candidates grant Core Spot Resources permission to represent them to pre-selected client hiring panels. We will always seek explicit verbal or written authorization before sharing candidate profiles with potential employers.
2. Employer Engagement & Service Level Agreements
Corporate clients engaging Core Spot Resources for temporary staffing, direct placement, or RPO channels agree to abide by the specific service agreements signed by both parties. All direct placements are backed by our 90-day candidate replacement warranty, unless specified otherwise in custom service contracts.
3. Payment Terms and Schedule
Payment obligations for recruitment services, staffing placements, and consulting advisory fees are defined as follows:
- Direct Placement Invoices: Issued on the candidate’s official date of joining the enterprise.
- Payment Schedule: All invoices are payable within 15 days net from the invoice issue date.
- Late Payments: Overdue invoices may accrue interest at standard legal rates if unpaid beyond the net-15 window.
4. Compliance and Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of candidate placement or corporate hiring contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
