Learn how Core Spot Resources secures candidate profiles, corporate records, and CV upload attachments.
1. Data Sourcing and Retention
Core Spot Resources acts as a data controller for candidate details (resumes, DOBS, contact details) submitted via the Freelancer or Job Application portal. We store these documents on secured Supabase instances with Row Level Security and use them exclusively for recruitment matching.
2. Resume Upload Safety
Uploaded resume files are validated for size limits (maximum 5MB) and MIME type extensions (PDF, DOC, DOCX) to mitigate server safety risks. They are not indexed publicly or made accessible to non-admin accounts.
3. Third Party Sharing
Candidate profiles are shared with target client hiring panels only after candidate authorization is secured. We never resell candidate lists or profile directories to external marketing entities.
4. Access & Deletion Rights
Candidates can request profile correction or full deletion from our candidate pool by sending an email with their registration name and email address to hr@corespotresources.com. Full deletion is completed within 48 business hours.
